Please read our terms and conditions below

 

  • INTRODUCTION

    ‘We’ refers to DerDieDas, its employees, and its contractors and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to whoever is reading this or utilising our services.

    This agreement outlines the terms and conditions both for the use of this website and for any services provided to you by our company.

  • BOOKING A CLASS or “SCHNUPPERSTUNDE” (Trial Lesson)

    We are unable to make any guarantee as to whether or not we will be able to provide a class for your particular circumstance. We will, of course, endeavor to do so.

  • FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN CLASSES AND OTHER STUDENTS.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue tuition for any reasonable cause.

1on1 CLASSES
 

  • All fees are to be paid before the class starts.

  • normal class: If you wish to cancel a class at one of our teachiong locations you must notify us until 6pm the previous day, otherwise you will be charged for the class.

  • in home class: If you wish to cancel a class at your home you must notify us until 6pm the previous day, otherwise you will be charged for the class. The travel fee will not be charged. 

  • skype: If you wish to cancel a skype class you must notify us until 6pm the previous day, otherwise you will be charged for the class.

  • Should your teacher have to cancel a class without notifying you by 6pm the previous day, we will arrange a make up class or a refund will be given.

  • Students or teachers may cancel scheduled classes by 6pm the previous day with an appropriate communication. Cancellation notice should be done using one/some of following methods; e-mail, voice message to the mobiles, SMS messages, phone call.

  • When purchasing a block of 10 or 5 you commit to taking these lessons. Should you wish to cancel your future lessons a refund cannot be guaranteed. In case of a refund the hourly cost will be recalculated to PAYG lessons and a $30 administration fee will be charged.

 

 

Mini Classes (2 students)
 

  • All fees are to be paid before the class starts.

  • If both students wish to cancel a class you must notify us until 6pm the previous day, otherwise you will be charged for the class. This applies to in home classes and skype classes as well. 

  • If only one student wants to cancel the class, the class cannot be canceled.

  • Should your teacher have to cancel a class without notifying you by 6pm the previous day, we will arrange a make up class or a refund will be given.

  • Students or teachers may cancel scheduled classes by 6pm the previous day with an appropriate communication. Cancellation notice should be done using one/some of following methods; e-mail, voice message to the mobiles, SMS messages, phone call.

  • Make-up classes can be taken for missed Mini classes at the current rate for 1on1 private classes.

  • When purchasing a block of 10 or 5 you commit to taking these lessons. Should you wish to cancel your future lessons a refund cannot be guaranteed. In case of a refund the hourly cost will be recalculated to PAYG lessons and a $30 administration fee will be charged. This only applies if both students whish to cancel the course.

 

GROUP COURSES (4 - 11 Students)

  • To secure your seat, we require a non-refundable $48 deposit, which is part of your total course fee. 

  • We require the remaining payment of your course fee one day before the course starts. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your seat.

  • We require a minimum of 4 students to run a course.

  • Should we only have 3 students signed up for a class, we reserve the right to shorten the course duration by 1 week (accelerated 7-week course) or 2 weeks (normal 11-week course).

  • Should you have to cancel your course within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled first class, we reserve the right to charge $48 as "administration fee". Your remaining course fee will be refunded.

  • Should you have to drop out of your course on the same day of the first class, but before taking the class, we reserve the right to keep 25% of the course fee as “early drop out fee”.

  • Should you have to drop out of your course after the first class, we reserve the right to keep 50% of the course fee as “late drop out fee”.

  • The course fee is not refundable after the second class of the course.

  • Catch-up classes can be taken for missed group classes at the current rate for 1on1 private classes.

  • We reserve the right to move students within classes for educational reasons, provided the student is available on the alternative dates and times.
